Milica Lučić, master inženjer tehnologije, rođena je 29.06.1991 u Trebinju, Republika Srpska. Školske 2010/11 upisala je osnovne akademske studije na odseku za Prehrambenu tehnologiju na Poljoprivrednom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu. Iste je završila 2014. godine, sa prosečnom ocenom 9,83. Master akademske studije na Poljoprivrednom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu, na smeru Prehrambena tehnologija upisala je školske 2014/2015. године i završila sa prosečnom ocenom 9,83 u novembru 2015. godine.
Doktorske akademske studije je upisala školske 2016/17 na Poljoprivrednom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu, na studijskom programu Prehrambena tehnologija. U toku studija, od maja 2018 do decembra 2020. godine je bila stipendista Ministarstva prosvete, nauke i tehnološkog razvoja.
Tokom zimskog semestra školske 2018/19 i 2019/20 bila je angažovana u izvođenju nastave iz Opšte i Analitičke hemije na Poljoprivrednom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu. Kao istraživač pripravnik, od decembra 2020 zaposlena je u Inovacionom centru Tehnološko-metalurškog fakulteta Univerziteta u Beogradu.
